The two drives are the same Samsung 970 Evo 250GB M.2 (2280), NVMe SSDs. Each has W10 system files. One is connected to the motherboard, the other to a PCIe card. Without removing them, it's unclear which holds the active operating system. There isn't a dual-boot configuration, though it might have existed before.

Did you originally set this system up?
Why Win 10 on both drives?
What motherboard?
Give us a screencap of the Disk Management window, and Device Manager window.
And really, you only have to disconnect one, once.
But this sounds like a candidate for a full wipe and reinstall.

Well....
Communicating this remotely to someone without technical experience creates a lot of confusion. It would have been useful to clarify this beforehand.
There are numerous errors here, making it nearly impossible to assist effectively.
As mentioned, a screenshot of the Disk Management and Device Manager windows would be very helpful.
