Last Tuesday I played normally on my PC that day, but a day later it didn’t show any display after booting. I tried using the DP port since I use HDMI, but still no output. The GPU keeps working, the fans spin, but nothing appears. I switched to iGPU to check if the device manager recognizes it and found an error: "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported a problem (Error Code 43)." I looked up the issue online and saw possible driver or hardware problems. There’s something in GPU-Z showing 0MHz, but I’m not sure what to do next. The GPU model is MSI RTX 3090 Ti Suprim X.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! If you're encountering zero(0)'s, N/A's, unknown values in GPU-Z as well as error code 43 in Device Manager, then your GPU may be malfunctioning. You might attempt to reflash the VBIOS, but this isn't a guaranteed solution. Considering the card's model, it seems you're likely out of warranty—so you'll need to find a local GPU repair shop and see if they can help restore it using their expertise.

The PSU is a ROG Thor 1200w platinum II. The condition is similar to the GPU, so consider whether to use an MSI service center or another place that repairs GPUs.

Reach out to MSI for their perspective. If they offer a warranty, it's the best starting point. If they provide a high estimate or decline to examine the GPU, consider other options.

I've already reached out to them too, and I'm considering selling my GPU once it's fixed and buying a new one. I felt I handled the problem caused by the previous owner well enough. Yes, the GPU is in use, and when I took it to the closest service center, they suggested the issue might be due to late repasting, advising me to send it to MSI.

Mod Edit
Additionally, my GPU supports both dual BIOS modes—silent and performance. Before this problem occurred, I tried using performance mode, but it didn't display anything. Is this related to the current issue or just a bug?

I have connected the GPU to MSI. They estimate the repair will take about 4 to 6 days. Appreciate your assistance 👍
