Lately your computer keeps freezing unexpectedly, even when you're not doing anything. It freezes briefly while browsing, gaming, or idle, then restarts on its own a few times daily. Need help figuring out what's causing it?

Identify the root cause first, then address any issues. Likely a faulty hardware part. As suggested, review the event viewer and temperatures; verify fan operation. For an HDD, listen for unusual sounds. Consider the age of the power supply as well.

PSU: Corsair AX860i CPU: i9 9900k GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX 1080ti C-drive: Samsung Evo 970 M.2 CPU cooler: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360R RAM: G.Skill Trident-Z 3000mhz Mobo: Asus ROG z390-F gaming. Temperatures are normal, crashes are less likely when using fullscreen apps, so gaming reduces them significantly. However, opening Chrome or clicking anything on the desktop can cause a freeze lasting about four seconds after logging in.

During the crash timestamp, each stamp indicates a restart cycle. It doesn't show up as an error.
