You recently switched to Windows 10, but it wasn’t downloading properly. After turning your PC on this morning, it kept loading the startup screen and then repeatedly restarting. Could you give me more details about the issue?

There was a corrupted update. Try launching it in safe mode or restoring from an earlier save. If those don’t help, you might need to reinstall completely.
