Sure. Give it a go. Take out the USB stick, it could be stopping the system from starting.

It didn’t work as expected. I kept pressing the power button to shut it down. After turning it back on, it displays code 02. Additionally, the motherboard’s VGA indicator is bright white, and the boot light is yellow.

It looks like there might be a problem with that board model. Checking the Reddit thread and answers there suggests the usual solution is to reconnect everything and re-settle the GPU.

It seems like a promising update. I’ve unplugged two monitors—one using a display port and another via HDMI—I’m able to access the BIOS on the third monitor connected through HDMI. The current code displays A9 now. I also notice the latest version is available. What should I do next?

Check the listings for Win10 x64 and search for the VGA BIOS matching your card model. For the Strix 1070 8GB, the relevant download is available on the official site.

A CPU fan issue showed up, but I resolved it. Now I can access Windows. I’ll reconnect the remaining monitors. Thanks a lot for your assistance. I was really stressed at first, but your support made a big difference. Appreciate it!

I hope correcting this resolves the remaining problems. If I received an internet award, I’d definitely take it. Wishing you a great day or weekend wherever you are. And enjoy your drink! Cheers.

I haven't heard that confirmation. Would you like to enhance the VGA BIOS? You might want to review other drivers using IOBit Driver Booster.

I wasn't expecting this. Updating bios and firmware was exhausting enough for one night—maybe tomorrow. If I understood it right, I might think about it later.
