Hello, I'm facing an unusual issue with my PC that serves as my home server. It worked fine until a recent OS update on the PoP_OS. After running `sudo apt-get upgrade`, everything stopped functioning and the machine shut down completely. When I power it on, it makes a short beep, fans run for about 5 to 10 seconds, then powers off. I've tried booting from BIOS in safe mode but it won't start at all. I suspected a BIOS issue, so I unplugged everything and re-flashed the BIOS, but it still doesn’t boot properly—just briefly before shutting down. I removed all RAM modules to check; the system still wouldn’t POST, though fans would turn on briefly when I manually pressed power. I also cleared the CMOS without success. I have another working PC and attempted to use a RAM stick from that machine, but the same problem occurred. I’m unsure if the motherboard is faulty or what next steps should be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

- Location: Current PC is down; another works fine.
Reinstall all components, test the PSU from your primary computer.
