You're seeing your NVMe SSDs listed, but they aren't being detected during the installation. Try checking the bootloader settings or using a different USB port to ensure proper communication with the SSD.

It’s currently empty. I attempted to format it to fat32, but it failed, so I removed the volume.

Start booting in live environment, launch a terminal with root privileges and run fdisk to display connected storage devices: fdisk -l. If the SATA drive isn't visible, it might indicate a problem with your particular SATA controller.

The EFI partition might have been too limited or some mount points weren't set up before installation. By default, Windows usually creates it around 100MB, which seems insufficient nowadays. A 500MB or larger would be more appropriate, though not strictly required.
