I had an old computer that slowed down over time, so I decided to reformat it. I used standard methods like cd/dvd and USB, but the system didn’t recognize it. In the boot menu I couldn’t set the priority list. After these issues, I tried launching Windows directly. Now I can’t access it because some files are missing. What should I do? Should I remove the HDD and transfer it to another computer to wipe everything, then reinstall Windows?
