He was referring to the GPU BIOS, not the Mobo BIOS. Try updating it as well; perhaps a fix will appear.

I attempted to detach the VGA cable from the graphics card, but it hasn't resolved the issue. It seems unusual. I may share a screenshot later.

I located the solution. You need to press the "delete" button—either hold it or spam it—when you first power on your computer (act fast). That got me into my BIOS settings! I’ll end this now, thanks to all who helped.
