Hello everyone, I've assembled my machine about a year ago and everything was functioning properly until recently. I've started experiencing occasional freezes and the computer has begun to stop responding, sometimes crashing unexpectedly. It seems unrelated to low power—sometimes it happens even when I'm just browsing YouTube. The freezing occurs without any clear pattern; it can last a few days without issues but also happen multiple times within a short time frame. The most telling sign is that playing a video on YouTube causes the screen to freeze intermittently, with no audio. I've verified all my software and drivers are current, even after repairing Windows, and nothing seems to be malfunctioning. Interestingly, this didn't occur during gaming sessions, so the problem might be different. Could anyone help me identify what's going wrong? My system specs include: CPU - AMD Ryzen 3800x, Motherboard - AORUS PRO AX B550I, RAM - Corsair 2*16GB at 3200MHz, GPU - AORUS XTREME RTX2080ti, Cooler - NZXT Kraken X52, Storage - WD256GB M.2 NVMe on boot drive, Crucial P5 1TB M.2 NVMe, and a 3TB HDD.

Consider a new Windows setup on an extra disk and check again. Try starting from a Linux distro and observe while streaming YouTube. This suggests a possible software problem with the operating system.
