I believe the decision to remove a Defender security update was just a coincidence. I'm holding out for your return so we can see another BSOD.

I have restarted the game and played it several times without any further problems, as uninstalling it previously caused it to redirect me to bsod each time.

Some users experienced the same problem and had to uninstall it. This was a few days ago, and even after removing the latest update, I've been fine.

It's a bit unclear, isn't it? The author doesn't specify the update, just mentioning the 'latest' one and suggesting it will be different for many. I'm cautious about posts without external links to support their claims.
