I rolled back the security patch and managed to resume gameplay.
I'll need to review it once more, but it seems to be the latest security patch for malware targeting defenders.
The Defender security update shouldn't trigger BSODs, otherwise we'd face widespread issues. If reinstalling Windows still causes BSODs, it points to a hardware problem—probably related to RAM. Hopw, did you actually reinstall? Did you use the Windows Reset option (which isn’t a resinstall) or performed a clean install from a bootable media? Also, you didn’t provide much detail in the previous post, so I’ll ask again... We require more specific information. Please share your build specs clearly, including:

Looking to determine the precise update I rolled back to resolve my problem.
I mistakenly rolled back two updates, then reinstalled them to check the status before removing them once more. The fix came in with a 2024-11 update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 on x64 systems (KB5046617), along with a Microsoft Defender Antivirus security patch (KB2267602, version 1.421.322.0) on the Broad channel. After these steps, the issue was resolved and the game ran smoothly without crashes.
