I didn't think about PSU before.
I'm using an OCZ ZS 650w bronze 80+, which is 5-6 years old, and I bought a new one from the store.
My other PC parts include: GTX 1060 6G, SSD, HDD, CD/DVD ROM, and 5 case fans.
I get what you mean, but Vcroe jumps from 1.25 up to 1.4+ at the same or lower speed is unusual, especially since the boards tested are for the same CPU.

Not really, regarding the Auto configuration. Motherboards usually tend to excessively increase the voltage when the multiplier is adjusted; leaving the voltage to the motherboard to manage is common. If you need to manually boost it significantly, that’s likely beyond normal capabilities and probably indicates a hardware issue, but if your power supply doesn’t provide stable, clean voltage, then achieving such levels might be necessary.

I set up the system using an LLC level 1 with 100% for asrock board and fixed voltage to achieve stable 1.3v at 4.0ghz. It crashed when the Windows logo appeared, then raised the vcore by 0.010 and has not crashed since. Also, the settings I used for p95 gaming were 1.35. Do you think my ocz psu could cause issues later?

When examining the recent updates, it appears he resolved the issue by addressing the unlocked PLL voltage. Consider adjusting the PLL voltage manually to secure it.
