The system doesn’t allow image uploads.

I’m experiencing a problem where sending a photo causes a blue screen that appears around 95% of the time, making it look like the transfer is lagging. This only happens with one person and continues even when I have strong signal and 5G. I’ve restarted my phone multiple times and changed IMessage settings, but the issue remains.
