Hello, a malfunctioning RAM or slot was likely the reason for the blue screens. After replacing one RAM module, the system is functioning properly. The scan results from today showed issues, and I’m wondering if running the disk cleanup tool could help. What if it fails to fix things? Could this cause further damage? Thank you for your patience.

It could be, I've experienced some inconsistent outcomes. Then you begin again with a new start—not because I've observed this before
