stop code
: "system thread exception not handled" what failed: ntfs.sys
No matter what I do, I can't apply any solution because my PC keeps BSODing.
I tried formatting the PC from USB, entering safe mode, repairing it, restoring an older version, and erasing the disk via cmd.
However, before I could use any of these steps, my PC already BSODs, and I feel stuck.
The PC doesn't BSOD when using BIOS or the Windows memory diagnostic tool, but it does when I do other tasks, usually within 30 seconds.

Take out the boot drive from your PC and connect it to another PC or a Laptop (Sata SSD/HDD - HD Cage | m.2 Nvme - m.2 Cage). Next, save any necessary files, format the drive, and install a fresh Windows version.

The ntfs.sys driver mentioned in your BSODs corresponds to the Windows high-level NTFS filesystem driver, meaning clearing your HDD might have resolved the issue. It is still advisable to run a chkdsk /r command on that drive to confirm its integrity.
