Hey everyone, I just wanted to inform you that after updating yesterday, the KB4515384 was installed. Following the update, my Intel LAN device wouldn't start properly. Even after reinstalling the LAN and chipset drivers, it still refused to begin. Once I removed that update, Windows managed to start the driver and let me access the internet. If anyone has faced this problem, I removed the update and it worked.
