The system can't identify the games.
Previously, when switching storage devices on my PC and Steam didn't automatically detect them, I had to reinstall them manually. Now, trying to do the same results in an error saying the Steam library folder is empty. Someone could help resolve this issue.
Place the folder here to verify Steam can locate it automatically.
