The motherboard isn’t allowing the BIOS update since you’ve got a new processor. Everything seems brand new yet it’s still not functioning properly. Plugging in a USB and pressing the flash button keeps happening without stopping.
Yes, I ensured the USB was formatted correctly to the appropriate file system and renamed the BIOS file as needed. The USB drive was placed in the correct connector at the rear.

Format the USB drive using FAT32. Transfer the uncompressed zip file with the BIOS file onto the flash drive. Rename the entire archive from E7C91AMS.AB1 to MSI.ROM. Place it at the root of your flash drive. Power down the system completely, turn off the PSU behind the computer, and press the power button to release any remaining energy. Wait 15 to 30 seconds. Connect the USB drive holding MSI.ROM only, ensuring no other files are present. Turn the switch back on behind the PSU, but do not power the computer. Press the Flash BIOS button while the PC remains off to initiate the flashing process.
If it doesn't work, switch to another flash drive. I own one that won't function with BIOS updates even though it works otherwise.
