I recently assembled this computer. It has an Intel Core i9-9900k processor, an MSI RTX 2080 graphics card, 32GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM, a 750W Corsair (TXM750M) power supply, and a Thermaltake 360 Floe cooler. Upon startup, all components—lights, fans, GPU, and RAM—operate correctly. However, no monitor signal is detected, and my mouse and keyboard are unresponsive.

You lack the ability to do this.
1) Obtain a Z390 motherboard
2) Buy or acquire an 8th generation CPU (Celeron options are affordable and potentially resellable)
3) Bring the board to a computer store for BIOS updates.

Could this be a Z370 motherboard? If so, a BIOS update might be necessary.

Regarding your Superhos: It appears to be a Z370 motherboard, and a BIOS update might be necessary. You have an MSI Carbon AC – yes. However, I’m unable to update the BIOS because I cannot see any display output.

You must not.
You may:
1) request a replacement Z390 motherboard
2) buy or obtain an older 8th generation processor (Celeron models are affordable and recoverable)
3) bring the board to a repair store for BIOS updates.

Regarding your Superhos: It appears to be a Z370 motherboard, and you might require a BIOS update. Thank you, I suppose… I had anticipated it would be simpler.

Each time this occurs, the discussion board becomes overwhelmed with similar messages due to various chipset revisions. Therefore, if you’re unfamiliar with recent technology, it’s advisable to have a knowledgeable individual review your choices within this community prior to buying.

Absolutely:
Yes, every time they release a new socket alongside different chipset updates, the discussion board becomes overrun with these kinds of messages. Therefore, if you’re not familiar with current technology, it's advisable to have someone review your potential purchase here before buying. I will next time.
😉
Thanks

Many others have done this before, and it will continue to happen. Approximately two-thirds of users are installing Ryzen 2600 processors on B350 motherboards, while roughly one-third are using Ryzen 96/7/900 series CPUs with Z370 boards.

Absolutely:
You’re far from unique in this situation, and it certainly won't be the final instance.
Roughly two-thirds of builds involve Ryzen 2600s on B350 motherboards, while one-third utilize 96/7/900k processors with Z370 boards.
Therefore, if I were to purchase a Celeron processor, I could independently update the BIOS.
