I received an RX590 before upgrading to the RTX 5050, but kept using the MSI MP243x monitor. After turning on G-SYNC in the NVIDIA control panel and the NVIDIA app, I still notice more tearing than usual (same FPS). What might be causing this issue with the RX590? I was using HDMI with the 5050 DP at that time.
