It doesn't work that way. The router can only deliver up to its maximum speed, which is typically around 100 Mbps. If you're seeing higher speeds, it's likely your connection or device isn't limiting you.

It seems like the half sound indicates an issue during negotiation, likely due to a poor cable or connection.

Through additional testing, I realized the switch was behaving oddly. I had to manually adjust the connection to 100 MF on the switch for TV to establish a proper negotiation. Even then, download speeds stayed under 10 Mbps while upload reached about 80 Mbps. Eventually, I reset the switch to its original settings. After reconfiguring, all devices, including the TV, negotiated correctly. Now the TV delivers the expected speeds, and both Plex and Netflix are functioning properly. Updating the Ethernet drivers helped the secondary PC also reach the desired performance. Problems resolved, I think.
