I'm not suggesting a bios update is needed. Just noting the user has done so before. If they didn't clear the CMOS at that time it might be causing problems. Clearing the CMOS, which takes roughly 2 minutes, is worth doing to eliminate that possibility.

Thank you for the helpful advice. I will definitely give it a try, though I already purchased a better PSU of 750W to test it with a more powerful GPU. I'll keep you updated!

I understand now it functions only with that specific CPU (2600x), but I'll attempt it again tomorrow when the new 750w PSU is available.

I returned the 5800xt CPU and replaced it with a new one, but the computer still won't boot. Then I sent back the original CPU and bought a Ryzen 9, but it also doesn't boot. I believe the issue lies with the motherboard. After changing the CPUs, I cleared the CMOS. This is unusual because with the AMD Ryzen 5 2600x it works fine, yet that CPU isn't supported on this board... My friend keeps playing with the CPU and the case remains closed.
