I'm not a Ryzen enthusiast, but those voltages look excessive for any CPU. Would it help to check if a BIOS update is available?

Updated the bios but the changes haven't taken effect yet. I'm keeping the voltage offset at -0.200v until I verify the stock voltage levels.

These voltages are acceptable, but you might be able to apply a negative offset to lower them for better efficiency. It’s reasonable to consider values beyond -0.200V.

The voltage is correct. It typically increases to about 1.45v. The Ryzen can handle up to 1.5v safely.

Also, the 1.45 to 1.5 range applies only to brief moments (during the quick boost phase). Anything kept up past 1.425 seems to be entering risky territory.

When the CPU is using its standard configuration, performance remains typical. Occasionally a core increases its output as it handles background processes; to reach peak performance, the voltage is raised temporarily to maintain the desired clock rate.

Thank you for your messages. I kept it on the - Voltage Offset setting, ran the Aida64 for a few hours, and everything worked fine.
