The 3D model isn't quite perfect—it's a frequent issue in SketchUp. Make sure every wall is oriented consistently (white or green depending on direction) and there are no leftover internal walls.

I usually repair STL files by viewing them in FreeCAD and exporting them. I’m not sure what magic tools they use, but it functions quite effectively.
