Hi,
I own a 256gb steamdeck with a brotect anti glare screen protector. It fits snugly without any dust or bubbles. But when the device gets warm during gaming, the protector comes off. I changed it to another one and the same problem returned. I’m wondering if this is common or if someone else uses a protector that stays in place? Thanks.

Does this item hold Valve certification for use with Steam Deck? If not, then any problems are expected because it's an unofficial change.

I believe there isn't a standard screen protector available. I'm curious if others have encountered the same problem, as my protector tends to get too warm on the upper right corner, causing it to peel away.

If there aren't, is there even a need for one?
🤔
Many modern devices (mainly smart phones), have screen protector built-in, into the screen itself. E.g my smart phone has Gorilla Glass 5, eliminating any need for additional screen protection.
Given how small Steamdeck is, and how powerful it also is, it getting hot is completely normal.
Now, there are screen protectors that have far more durable glue, resistant to higher temps, that you could use. The normal screen protector is meant for smart phones, that either doesn't get as hot, or aren't located in hot climates.
