I was playing GTA when I lost connection to the servers. I stopped the game and when I tried to restart it, I encountered this link: https://gyazo.com/1b51664ea226f69e7234d99c74d2d4d3. This issue also happens when launching from the start menu without having the Steam.exe file in the Steam folder. I backed up my Steam apps folder and uninstalled Steam, but it didn't work. I've tried again, and I'm still unable to restore Steam properly. Could you help me? Thanks, Lucas.

I resolved it, all I needed to do was use Ccleaner and it functioned properly.

Only a few gigabytes left, yet I needed to remove many files. The main challenge was restoring the game shortcuts on the desktop.
