I overlooked a few aspects from the finder, but mostly it’s just a visual refresh or better tab organization. (They won’t ask for my address!)
Windows support is a big hassle with countless FileExplorer instances running on my PC. The address bar uses a path bar instead.
I generally don’t require many windows, which makes it a smaller need for me. I mainly use it in Dolphin while running openSUSE, though I usually keep just two open.
