Hi, my PC currently need at worst 90mins just to do bios startup and ready to use. It happened for a few weeks already. But once windows loaded, it works fine. Iam using Ryzen 7, asrock mb, and an ssd. before this stuff happened, it usually takes only few minutes at max to boot up. I also feel a slight decrease performance when i use heavy programs like 3d modelling. I did a virus scan, disable startup programs, using cleaner program, still nothing Any idea how to fix it? this problem really messing my workflow

There’s a serious issue here. You shouldn’t experience a one-minute wait when starting from an SSD. Are you running Windows 10? It’s possible your drive is nearing the end of its lifespan. Please share your complete specifications.

You've been using the SSD for a while now. It's not like it should take that long to work properly.

Does your SSD have almost all space used? A completely full SSD can significantly slow down performance.
