Starting my PC from now on has become slower. I now see a blue screen with a loading symbol, usually taking about 30 seconds to load. Previously, with an SSD, booting was faster. I adjusted some settings in Winearo Tweaker a while back, but everything worked well then. It seems I might have accidentally modified something important. I’m not sure what changed.

This occurs once you've installed Windows updates.

You're correct about resetting Windows to factory settings via the "safe" mode. It's designed to preserve data, though I can't confirm this without using Windows 10 myself. If you enter Windows, check the Event Viewer for any Red or Red X indicators that could provide insight.

The issue persists even after updating. It appears to occur right after you enter your code.
