Every morning when I power on my computer, it boots quickly to the lockscreen, pauses briefly before reaching the desktop, and then the cursor takes a moment to load while the taskbar remains unresponsive. Despite my efforts to speed things up—disabling fast startup—I’m still experiencing delays. My system specs are solid: Mobo, ROG Strix Z690 DDR4, i7-12700K, Rog STRIX 3070 SSD, 980 Pro RAM, and 32GB of Platinum memory.

XMP is activated. CPU temperature remains stable during the BIOS session.

XMP is activated and achieves quick startup in BIOS, especially regarding CPU temperature which I don’t recall but believe is near 30°C.
