I'm having issues with my GPU

GTS XXX Edition 1386MHz OC+
after flashing BIOS to 1366 OC, this model crashes during Superposition Benchmark every time I use PSU 530WATT and 2600x. I'm still a beginner and don't know what to do to fix this problem.
