Hi everyone! I recently installed a new SSD as my boot drive, and everything worked fine during installation. Now I’m using my old hard drive to format it with Disk Management so it can act as a secondary drive. However, it’s behaving oddly—when I right-click it, the options disappear and the Disk Management window pops up with an error when I select GPT. I’m having trouble choosing between MBR and GPT. Any advice would be super helpful! P.S.: Sorry if the OS message isn’t in English—it might not be a problem.

It appears uninitialized. A right-click should reveal an option to set it up. Ensure it’s listed as online. However, we’d need more details about the system—mainboard, connected disks, port connections—to proceed effectively.

When I click right-click I see no initialization option, everything appears grayed out. Mainboard: MSI Z790 Tomahawk Wifi Disk 1: WD-Black SN 770 2TB placed in Slot 1 M.2 Disk 2: Corsair Force MP 510 installed in Slot 3 M.2

It seems the device won't work offline or online. I’d look in the BIOS to see if it’s using an SSD or PCIe interface.
