Motherboard model: GA-AB350-Gaming 3 RAM – T-Force Delta DDR4 32GB 3600 MHz (TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MHz (PC4-28800) CL18 Desktop Gaming Memory Module Ram TF3D432G3600HC18JDC01 - Black at Amazon.com).
I own two RAM sticks, each 32GB, claiming 3600MHz performance. In Task Manager the speed shows 2400MHz. I checked the BIOS, confirmed it’s up to date, and tried adjusting the settings manually, but it didn’t change. After swapping the sticks and placing them inside their slots, the issue persists. I’ve attached some screenshots for reference.

Some 350 series models struggle with performance. Ryzen1 boards vary, and many hit trouble reaching or exceeding 3200Mhz. Try enabling XMP, then before exiting BIOS, adjust the speed to 2933 and see if it works. If successful, test 2933Mhz, then 3200, and so on. The board has a maximum limit—don’t push beyond it. If it boots at 3200, it’s likely unstable; 3000 might be the safest option.

Your board supports dual profiles with 3200 MHz RAM, and it handles the speed smoothly even at lower frequencies like 2933 MHz. The manual should specify which profiles are compatible with your hardware.

I turned off the XMP feature, but it worked only with one profile. The issue was that my motherboard couldn’t support 3400MHz, so it limited it to 3200MHz.
