Hi, I recently purchased an Acer Nitro QHD 27-inch monitor. After searching online, it mentioned there is a speaker inside, so I expected some sound. However, I don’t hear anything. I tried deleting and reinstalling the driver, switched my cable from HDMI to DP, and even checked the sound settings. The system says sound is coming out, but I still don’t hear anything. Please help me fix this issue.

Check the display's menu to ensure the volume isn't set to zero. Also, confirm the Windows Sound settings include this source for playback.

The volume is configured at 100 on your monitor, yet you're unable to detect the sound when checking from a playback device. The system indicates audio is present, but it's not being heard.

The default playback device in Control Panel/Sound is not specified. The exact model number of the display is also not provided.

Is the sound bar responsive when accessing the control panel, sound settings, or playback interface?
When was the most recent update applied to your video drivers, including any related audio components on the GPU?
Could you provide the exact model number for your display device?

The specifications do not mention any speakers, but you can try connecting standard speakers or a headset to the screen to check for sound output.
