Hello, I purchased the ProArt RTX 4060 with 8GB VRAM and other specifications. I’m excited to try it out in a game, but the fans are spinning up fast—after a couple seconds there’s a grinding noise. Should I return it for a new one or let it run a bit longer? I’m not sure what to do, especially since this is my first gaming card. Thanks for your help!

Good news is the issue isn't the GPU or fans, it's something different. I have a System power 9 600w bequiet PSU, is that sufficient? I also have 32GB RAM and an AMD Ryzen 5 4600G, do I really need more power? Regarding the sound, it was quite loud when I started a game, and it came from the PC player, not the speakers.
600w provides sufficient power. You might be noticing CoilWhine—a sharp sound caused by a graphics card working hard during games. The pitch may vary with higher FPS. If you hear it, it’s harmless and just a sign of transistors or coils vibrating. It won’t harm the device’s life. Power supplies, GPUs, motherboards, and monitors can all produce this noise… it’s just bothersome but safe.
