You have Windows 10 installed and a warning about unsupported OS. Occasional crashes with error 5763 are common. Try restarting your PC or updating drivers. If issues persist, consider checking system updates or contacting support.

The game is currently plagued by numerous problems. Two of my friends spent several days trying to fix it, as it would crash before reaching the main menu. They experimented with various drivers and reinstalls, but only a full W10 reinstall worked as a last resort. It still crashes occasionally. Others are experiencing frequent disconnections. There’s also a game update issue where new releases force users to download the entire game instead of just a few MBs, and it often takes a slow speed even for dial-up connections. Some updates also trigger errors instead of smooth progress.

It seems like you're facing some issues. You might want to handle the crashes directly.
