It only stops working when the program launches. I can't remove it and reinstall, it's really frustrating.

Have you attempted a restart? Honestly, I’d try running it with admin privileges to check if that helps.

It starts from Adobe and I’m aware the trial isn’t finished yet, but it keeps freezing. I’ve attempted to run as administrator.
