I’m currently going through a thorough cleanup of my PC, and the compressed air is gone. I recall when I helped fix my friend’s computer, my dad suggested a tool that reorganizes partitions. On the screen it showed many colored boxes showing different data areas, which eventually moved mostly to one side—making a lot of space again. Thanks! If you need more details, I’ll do my best to find them.

Open Disk Defragmenter in the Start menu. It's also possible from the command prompt.
