BOINC experienced a crash within the past 24 hours. I checked both System and Application logs in Event Viewer for Critical, Error, and Warning entries from the last day, but found nothing relevant. It’s possible the software isn’t fully compatible with Windows 10, which might prevent proper crash logging. Thank you for your help.

From these two choices, which one did you set up? Regarding the setup, did you install the app in an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator? Also, note that what version of Windows 10 are you using? What is the make and model of your motherboard? Which BIOS version applies to that motherboard?

An app might stop working without any logs, particularly those that handle minimal input/output and mainly process data. I’m not sure about BOINC, but it could offer ongoing updates with timestamps, similar to what Folding@Home provides.
