I own an ASUS Max Pro M1 in decent shape, but it has been shutting down unexpectedly when idle. I've used it for over three years without any issues, yet this began yesterday. I looked into potential app conflicts and performed a factory reset, but the problem persists. The battery performance remains stable, with no changes in charging speed or screen time. Could you assist if you have any insights? Thank you.

I bet on the battery or a hardware issue. If it stops suddenly, it’s likely the battery. A good result doesn’t matter much. My S7 also shows Good, but I realize my battery life has dropped significantly—used to last two days with many emails updating every 15 minutes. If you can confirm no damage from dropping the phone, the battery is probably the cause, especially since it performed well for a while. Other phones tend to shut down and restart sooner, often due to faulty apps or a buggy OS. You might want to contact ASUS’s RMA department for assistance; they could help you get a fair price for repairing the device.
