The file path in your folder seems incorrect. The Mod Organizer should be located on your Desktop, not the Desktop folder itself. Double-check the location and try again.

It seems you're unsure about starting a SKSE project with MO, as the SKSE directory is currently pointing to your MO folder instead of the Skyrim root. Make sure the file is placed in the correct location: /Skyrim (not /Skyrim/Data).
