Hi, I was having some issues in Dota where I hit the table really hard, causing the screen to freeze and the mouse and keyboard lights to turn off. It seems the computer restarted itself shortly after.

you'll observe when you gently shake your GPU during installation that it remains somewhat flexible.
even though it's secured into its rear extension card slot and the PCIe slot is locked, the card can still shift slightly within the slot.
i've noticed several cases where individuals damaged their PCIe slot or the GPU connector by accidentally bumping or relocating their system without proper caution.

Maybe a loose link to your component(s) or a misstep with the HDD...? It might help to align the specs with your build, for example: CPU, Motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, PSU, Chassis, OS, Monitor. In hindsight, what you did could be harmful to the system, the desk, or your well-being over time.

The hard drive might enter a shock protection mode, or you could have jiggled the GPU in its slot. That would be my initial thoughts.

have you gone through and re-seated all cables and components?
good possibility that you knocked something loose.
even if it is functioning fine again now you want to make sure that everything is properly seated to prevent damage at worst and to possibly keep this from happening again.

It's probably the hard drive, because the GPU is secured with two screws.

Yes, they even gradually loosen due to temperature changes and their own mass.
They also experienced issues with a slot processor adapter in the past, as the CPU card would shift out of place each few months because of the heatsink's weight. It's nice they stopped offering that option.
