When I power on my PC, I reach the login window and after typing the PIN I receive an error saying "The User Profile Service service failed to sign in. User profile cannot be loaded." I checked online and found that restarting the computer didn’t help, then I was advised to boot into safe mode, but I’m not sure how to do that. I’ve tried turning the PC on and off repeatedly while keeping the Shift button pressed during restart. Please note I’m stuck at the sign-in screen. I own a Huawei Matebook X Pro from 2019 and use Windows 10.
