Hello everyone, I'm facing a problem with my Chromebox. I can't type certain letters like capital T, Y, Z, X, C, V, or M using the shift key or capital letters. It's really frustrating because my password includes one of those letters that I can't press. I own a Samsung Chromebox xe300m220, but it doesn't work properly on my screen keyboard. I've tried it with a Windows 10 PC and another Chromebox, which function correctly. Anyone have any ideas or solutions?
