i have an alienware aurora r3 motherboard with an i7 2600 non k. i'm trying to overclock using setfsb but can't locate the necessary files or information. i don't want to risk it without knowing what i'm dealing with. i hope i can reach at least 4 ghz. please let me know if you need a screenshot of the cpu.

There isn't a FSB for the 2xxx series; you can only boost it by raising the Base Clock (bclk), which starts at 100Mhz and goes up to around 102-105Mhz. This means you can't really overclock that CPU. That's why Intel developed the K-series CPUs.
