I discovered several old Windows 7 PCs along the roadside and thought they’d perform better than my current setup. I picked up two of them, but one has a decent CPU and a 7600GT. The issue is that after turning it off, I have to wait about ten minutes before powering it back on—it stays off even when unplugged. Could the temperature be the problem? The case does show a temperature display, and I’ve reapplied thermal paste.

Thanks! It seems the PSU might be the issue. Could you check if one of those is available for use?
