I’m going to adjust it manually now. I think the issue was my CPU cooler couldn’t cope after the BIOS update. After updating, I reached 4.6GHz but hit 85°C. I lowered the voltage by 40 and now I’m seeing 4.9GHz.

It would definitely cause an issue with the CPU's clock speeds. It performs better than the standard frequency.
