i have a 75 hz 1920x1080 main display and a 60 hz secondary screen that's 1920x1200. The main display looks smooth, but the second one struggles with animations in Windows and doesn't run video or games well. Even after overclocking the second monitor to 75 hz, the problem continued. I use both monitors from my discrete GPU, and switching between them didn't help. Changing cables or GPUs didn't resolve it. My main monitor uses DP while the second uses HDMI, but switching between them didn't fix the issue. When I made the second monitor the primary one, the problem was with my actual main display instead of the secondary. This seems to be a hardware or software concern. Your specs include a Dell OptiX 9020 i7 4790 RTX 2060 OC with 16GB DDR3, 600W PSU, 500GB SSD, plus two TB HDDs.
