Hello, I'm working with an Athlon 220ge on a Gigabyte B450 I Aorus Pro Wi-Fi without a graphics card. The system claims support for three monitors, but the mainboard isn't transmitting any signal to any port. Even after forcing the BIOS to switch to the second port, nothing appears. I've tested with Windows and Ubuntu, which both recognize the connected monitor correctly. The operating system shows no errors. I've used various HDMI cables and monitors without success. After updating the BIOS, the monitor functioned properly. Could you help identify what might be causing this issue? I also mentioned to the support team that they don't support Linux, but they haven't replied to my follow-up request.

The issue could stem from the port. Request an RMA if feasible.
